Hello!

 

My name is Norea Menold! I am a senior studying Illustration & Animation at the School of Architecture and Design at the University of Kansas.

 

My love for stories began while growing up on a farm in Kansas. I found escape in books and animated movies. This love has only grown since then, and my work reflects that passion.

 

My artwork focused on bringing classic stories to life in new and inventive ways. From children’s literature, such as The Neverending Story, to poetry by William Blake, my art encompasses a wide range of genres.

 

When I’m not drawing or animating, you can find me in a movie theater watching the latest horror movie, or curled up at home with a good book and my two cats—always finding new inspiration for my next creative adventure.
